Quick Saturday evening visit

Was passing through Dayton on a Saturday evening and decided to pay a visit to one of the city's strip clubs. The Harem and Sharky's are right near each other just off of I-75, so I figured I would drive by both and see which had more business. There were many more cars at Harem, so I made that my destination.

Parking is free, plentiful, and well-lit. Cover charge at 9pm on Saturday night was $5. No hassle entry - my ID was not checked, nor was I patted down or anything. Once inside, there is one large room with three stages - one large middle stage with a three-pole arrangement and two satellite stages that were not in use at the time of my visit. There is a long bar on the right side of the room. Many chairs and tables cover the floor area surrounding the main stage. Staircases on either side of the room lead upstairs to private and VIP areas. A Bud Light bottle ordered from the bar was either $7 or $8, can't quite remember.

Talent was... Ok. Probably 10-12 girls working when I got there, which was about 9pm on a Saturday night. I expected a larger roster given the size of the club and the day of the week. Maybe it gets busier later on - they do advertise being open until 4am. A couple of cute girls working, but nobody that stood out as a must-see. Dancers rotate 2 songs on stage each, during which time it seems to be up to them whether or not they get topless. During my visit, only about half the dancers choose to take their tops off during their sets. A bit disappointing, but oh well. Overall, I'd say the hottest women working were unfortunately the waitresses and bartenders (as always seems to be the case at mid-size city places like this).
