Everything in Zona Norte is open and fully stocked around the clock. Mongering in TJ can sometimes skew your perception on how things ought to be. After walking Revolucion during the afternoon and rounding the southern end of where the touristy shops end, we found ourselves near Amnesia. You can tell that tourists don't frequent this area because nearby businesses include an anime cafe (third rate fake-Asian food and drink and old copies of manga in Spanish for your to read) and a supermarket.

It was late afternoon at this point, so my fellow TUSCLers and myself wanted to dive back into mongering after a couple of hours of gambling and looking at trinkets. Amnesia would qualify as a mid-sized club in the US. It's relatively clean and maintained. But there were no girls except a couple fully dressed and working in a strictly non-entertainer capacity. So, we moved on. Maybe next trip.
