Not sure why this place is even listed on TUSCL.
This is neither a strip club nor a puta bar. This just a bar where middle aged locals come to drink. Our time here was definitely memorable though. This place is a dive. There's water damage in the corners, a couple of windows were missing. The back half of the bar had the lights off. I thought about shooting some pool with my fellow TUSCLers that made the trip, but the table was in the scary part of the building with no lights.
Left from the entrance is the bar and beyond that is the "bathroom" area. There's a freestanding wall partially segregating the pool table and the "bathroom" area. The "bathroom" consisted of a trough to pee in and a toilet. The toilet is opposite the trough and connected to the freestanding wall. There is no door for the toilet. There is not even a stall. It's just there, facing the pee trough. Still, everything was clean and everything was functional. So I've had more scary experiences in American dance clubs.
The prices for drinks are great but not a whole lot is going on. It was here that the price disparity between dollars and Pesos really highlighted our trip's intent. 4 of us got long necks or some local beer, plus some snacks for the table. Once we were served, we were told that it was either $8 USD... or 50 Pesos! Holy shit, everyone needs to make this place a pit stop for your mongering. Just don't use the toilet with no stall/door.
