The MV

I am a dancer at MV and I enjoy it for the most part. I am a traveling dancer and they have no schedule, which I love! The managers are nice to me, but they have zero tolerance for bullshit and bad behavior. I was told when hired that they're very selective and don't hire new faces often. House fees are reasonable and tip out is included in that. So other than that, you get to keep all your money! They have a live feed webcam on the stage and online customers can give you "credits" it's fun to interact on the webfeed when it's slow. However, I hate the stage. It's small and you share the space with 6-8 dancers, keeping your tips on your body. I love performing and putting on a show, so not having any space or the pole to myself sucks. All of the girls are beautiful, some with too much plastic surgery, but everyone hustles hard and is pushy and demanding. Competitive if you're not used to working with a lot of girls. Dressing room is tiny and there's not much room to get ready or keep your stuff. Some girls have lockers in the bathroom. Bouncers are really nice too! I always tip them so they have my back
