Stpped In for a few minutes

I was on my way headed south and thought I'd stop in to check the place out, with the intent of coming back when I had more time. It was about 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon, about two weeks ago. There were only 2 other cars in the parking lot, I would assume belonging to employees. As I was getting out of my car, another car pulled up. A cute, relatively petite girl with blondish-brown (as I remember) haired got out, and the car drove off. I assume it was being driven by her boyfriend. We met at the bottom of the steps, she made strong eye contact with me, with that confident, warm, inviting look that that indicated there was "someone home". We said "Hi-theres" to each other and walked up the steps. As we were walking in, she gave me that look again. She went on in; I stopped to pay the $5.00 cover charge. The guy behind the mirrored glass took my driver's and gave it back to me. I went on in and realized the only person in the place was the bartender, who was also the guy behind the glass. I took a quick look around and asked the bartender about the beer prices. It think the prices were $5 domestic, $6 import. Anyway, from the bar area the place looked clean enough and a bit small, but then I would suppose it doesn't need to be as big as a club in a larger city. The bartender was friendly. There was no one on the stage. I guess the girl I'd seen walking in was still in the back, probably getting ready. I decided to go ahead and take off. The bartender offered to honor my cover if I came back later that night; however, I had promises to keep and miles to travel before I sleep, so I said thanks and hit the door. Next time I'm over that way with time to spare, I'll definitely be stopping to see if I can spend some time with little miss sultry eyes.
