ok time

Based on some reviews that I had read over time I was pretty sure that KH8 would be my type of club. I had a rare work trip to LA and took the opportunity to check it out. I only had a couple of hours of free time in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Only 10-12 parking places in the small lot but a free one for me when I arrived. No cover around 2 or so. Ordered a domestic beer and took in the scene. 6-8 girls working, some just starting. Probably only 6-8 customers. Pretty friendly vibe about the place. Girls were a little slow to approach but once one did more followed. If there are dances on the main floor I wasn't offered and wasn't inquiring. One unattractive thick ebony offered a fun time in back but I wasn't feeling it - at least with her. A couple of beers later I was light on time so approached the best looking in the girl in the place to chat. She was sort of nice but stand offish which is par for the course with the hottest girl in the place. I'd normally bail on the basis of lame vibe but was light on time. Went back for a few regular dances at $15 each. While not overly memorable she was better in back than I expected. I do have a trip back that way early next year and would give this place another try when I have more time.
