Stopped by about 4pm on a Saturday after doing recon at HiLiter (not good). It had been a few years since I'd stopped in.

Sugar 44 continues to be a pleasant, well kept up, neighborhood bar. I especially like the way the bar is set up at one end, with 3 TVs tuned to sports behind the bar. The majority of customers were there chatting and watching the games. About 80% of the club is a dark dance area surrounding the main stage. There were 4 or 5 customers getting dances in that area. That's the way all clubs should be. Separate areas for the two activities.

Everyone is friendly and low key. No pushing for drinks or dances.

There were 5 or 6 dancers. One might have been an 8. She was introduced on stage as a porn actress, but I'd never heard of her and couldn't find a reference to her on the internet after I got home. The rest were 6s or 7s.

I got dances from 3 of the dancers. They were all mild two way contact. I talked with one about HiLiter and she said she could tell that I was a customer based on how my hands tried to wander. Another dancer made a very direct offer for what I would get in VIP and what the cost would be. I suspect this was a first of the month situation where she needed money fast. I didn't take her up on it.
