New Orleans clubbing
Decided to make a stop by this club with some friends whom reside there locally. I was a little apprehensive because the club is not billed as being a high value, but hey why not since it's close to Bourbon St. The exterior of the club is nice for Orleans (multi-leveled), although not nearly as posh as some other Penthouse Clubs across the US. Once inside, surprisingly a very nice bar & well appointed areas. The environment inside beats many clubs hands down in terms of design. Similar to other Penthouse clubs, they have a curtained area for dances with nice couches & VIP space.
Drink prices were similar to what would be found in other parts of Orleans (read expensive, LOL). In terms of the ladies, I put that at an 8. The #'s of dancers picked up as the night progressed. There were a lot of lovely ladies & seemed down to earth & willing to converse. The club had more of a Vegas feel, probably due to the cost of dances being on high side (as compared to some East Coast and other Southern cities). I got several dances, as did my group. Some dancers were from Louisiana, but also the customary traveler's. There was not a huge diversity in terms of what you may see on West Coast, but rating was still a solid 8.
If in Orleans, I would not hesitate to stop again. It's not a wild club, but very Southern in a good way & good area if looking to party on or near Bourbon St.
