Nice upscale club, but didn't get very far with my limited Spanish.

Was gonna take a cab, but decided to walk 15 min. from my hotel. Arrived at the club after 10pm. The club is a very nice, upscale club, not like your usual mexican table dance clubs. It held true to it's name as a "Gentleman's Club". Prices also reflected the higher class in clientele. Girl at the door explained that entrance would be 350 pesos, but I would pay later. I was a little confused, but finally figured it out. As soon as I sat down, a pair of girls (1 Colombian, 1 Venezuelan) came and sat down. They spoke very limited English, and my Spanish is very limited as well... Which made it hard to get a vibe going with them. They started asking for drinks, but I passed cause I wasn't feeling them. The second set of girls arrived shortly afterwards. Both were from the Ukraine, and spoke a little more English then the first girls, but still very difficult to get a conversation started. They weren't my type, so when they asked for drinks, I passed.

The rest of the night (I was there till around 12:30am), not a single girl came and talked with me. I saw quite a few girls I would rate a 8+, but they all seemed to be busy with customers, or hanging out at the bar. It was my first time at this club, so I really didn't know how things worked here. My guess is that you ask the waiter to bring a specific girl over, but considering none of the waiters spoke English, it was hard to talk to them. Also, no one was tipping at the stage, so that didn't seem like the play. In the end, when I go to a SC, I don't want to work all that hard. I like to relax, watch the show, and hopefully meet some cool girls. Unfortunately, I felt like I had to do a lot of work (or spend a lot of cash) just to have a girl notice me. I was willing to spend more time with a girl, but it was too much work, and too expensive to try and vibe with a pair of girls who I wasn't really digging anyways.

I recognize that language barrier was more difficult to overcome at this club than other clubs I've been to in MX. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to spent time with any of the hotter girls at this club. It would be worth another visit though, but maybe on a busier night(?) At the end, I ended up spending about $50 on admission, red bull, and tips, for a few hours of very nice eye candy.
