Quality club in downtown Minneapolis

The Downtown Cabaret was definitely worth visiting and I will be returning, here's why. I visitied alone on a Thursday afternoon/evening while I was in town for business and staying at a hotel across the street. I only paid $5 to get in the door and was initially impressed by the quality of the decor and cleanliness. At no point did anyone hassle me to buy a drink, but to be fair, I never gave them a chance as I went to the bar right away for a cocktail. The drinks were all reasonably priced (I paid $8 for a double shot of jim beam on the rocks) and were fairly healthy pours. Being that this was a weekday afternnon, I figured that the top quality talent would be off. However, I was wrong. The girls were all very attractive and very friendly. There were girls of all ethnicities working however they were mostly petite. That was fine with me but anyone looking for a different body type should be aware. Everyone I spoke to, from the bouncer at the door to the bartender and the dancers themselves, was very friendly and approachable.

I was there for maybe 15 minutes before the first girl came up to me asking about a dance. I politely declined as I wanted to get an idea of what the club had to offer first. She was very gracious and left me alone to watch the girls as the came and went on the stage. As there were only a handful of customers there at the time, I had no shortage of gorgeous women giving me attention. I gave out about $30 in tips, spread out among various girls as they took the stage. Finally, one gorgeous dancer took the stage and I found the one who I wanted a dance from. When she exited the stage, she came directly to me and she gave me a 2 for 1 dance (which take place at your seat on the floor). After getting a dance out in public, I decided to go into a private cabana with her. At that point, after tips, drinks and a dance on the floor, I had about $60 left. I was told that this was enough for 15 minutes alone with her in the cabana. We went back there and she did not disappoint. There were no extras, but she was VERY good. Afterword, she invited me to go outside for a smoke with her and some of the other girls and we all had a very nice conversation. After that, as I was out of cash and was not going to get cash at the club due to the fees, I left feeling very happy about the experience.

The club was very clean and it was clear that they take pride in their club. There were several large screen TV's in the bar area and plenty of seating. Granted, this was a weekday and business was slow, but I didn't see anyone who looked like a thug or was there to cause trouble. For the most part, it looked like it was mainly guys like myself, in town for business or a few out for drinks with friends.
