First Canadian Club

For my first jaunt into the Canadian scene, this club wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Plenty of patrons inside and it looks much bigger once you go in than it does outside. Found a seat at a table in front of the stage and ordered a drink. About average price for a club, I think. There was one fairly attractive dancer on stage trying to have a little fun, but it's different to not see people tipping singles at the stage. About 2 sips later, a very handsy blonde came up to me and started to chat me up. I tried to get a feel for what upstairs was like, but she just stroked me through my pants and said I'd have a good time. $20 to go up and $20/song. I bit and went up. Nobody to pay the $20 to so I sat down and she started dancing. Teased me with peeks for the first song and a guy came up and asked her how many songs she has danced and she said that she was just starting the second. He collected my $20 and totally killed the fun I was having. Stayed for 2 more songs and she never took anything off. I told her I was done. She tried to get me to stay, but this wasn't what I wanted. Gave her the money and went back downstairs. There were two guys that were watching her rub on me earlier and asked me how the dance was and I told them that she never took her clothes off. They were shocked. I had another beer, without being approached by anyone else and I left. There was another male club down the street that had a line out the door. Don't know what was going on there... didn't care other than the hotties that were smoking outside. I made my way back to the subway being stopped twice to see if I wanted to buy "product". I assume that they weren't selling hair product so I kept moving. Overall, OK visit, but don't know that I would go back. May try some other places when I am back in town.
