Dropped by for a visit

The Platinum is not your high end glitz and glamour club that Vegas wants to be known for. Rather it is the opposite. I had just hit Vegas, and was ready to have a drink and wind down. It was good for that. Platinum was within walking distance from my room so I strolled down for a drink. Very small. As you enter, the bar is on the left, and if you are sitting there your back is to the dance floor. This was ok with me, as the dancer were of the tired and worn out variety. Most of the crowd were locals. The girls did keep a steady rotation on the dance floor and I did occasionally turn and check out the floor show. The bartender was a talker and kept the conversation moving. The best part of the club was drink prices. Crown and Water was $7.50 and was plenty strong. No entry fee. If next time in town I am looking for a drink to wind down, low pressure, I will return. Dances are done along the wall, although I did not see or participate while I was there.
