My first SC in the VA Beach, Chesapeake area. A bit strange, due to the laws, I guess
Several others have described the club layout accurately. I walked in about 9:30pm into the Bikini part. The dancers were mostly better than I expected, given past reviews, not 8-10 quality but pretty consistent 5-7 with one large dancer I didn't think should be dancing but to each their own tastes. Dancers wore bikinis or bras and panties, danced a bit, crawled around on the stage a bit. Beer was cheap for a SC, less than $5 for a bottle of Bud (pretty good for a Saturday night) and I think the cover was only $5. I stayed a while but couldn't quite get into the scene. All in all the dancers were a bit more dressed during their sets than they are when they climb up on the stage and start taking their clothes of in DC & MD. Only really bad thing was the smoking. Ash trays on every table, not terribly smoky on the beer & wine side but heavier smoke on the full bar side. Yuck, what a bizarre habit, letting people smoke around others indoors; I'd forgotten how offensive that is. And why is that? I thought all of Virginia went smoke free several years back. I thought the only exception was if there was a smoke free area with separate outside ventilation -- I didn't see that here it seemed like it was all smoking allowed (encouraged.) I didn't realize how spoiled I'd gotten by no smoking laws ( & even more so by being able to visit places where beautiful women can take off their clothes in SCs. I don't know that I'd ever bother returning unless the laws changed a lot.
