sinclair's Review
I visited Nightshift Gentlemen’s Club on a Saturday night just after 21:00. Parking is along East Washington Street. There was a $5 cover charge at the door. Immediately as you enter, there is a stairway on your right to the upstairs VIP Lounge. The DJ booth is to the immediate left. The first floor of Nightshift is dominated by an island stage with two poles situated in the middle of the room. A pull-up bar hangs from the ceiling on the right side of the stage for dancers with more athletic stage shows. A bar with about six stools is along the rear half of the east wall. A Sincweiser was $5. The waitress doubled as a shot girl who occasionally circulated with sugary shots in test tubes.
Dancers pick their songs, so there was a sonic variety: rock, hip hop, pop. The DJ keeps the volume set at ninety decibels inside because there are residences within a couple hundred feet of the strip club. Dancers only strip down to topless. Stage tips typically garnered breasts shook on your face. Early in the night, dancers would do three-song sets downstairs. About 23:00, the rotation switched to a two-song set downstairs, followed by a second two-song set upstairs. The upstairs of the club is more spacious and upscale than the downstairs, hence it is dubbed the VIP Lounge. The second floor has a small island stage with a pole, a pool table, and a bar against the south wall. UFC pay-per-views are shown upstairs. On slower weeknights, the downstairs club is closed, and only the VIP Lounge is open for business.
Private dances are $20 per song and take place upstairs on the puffy leather couches scattered throughout the VIP Lounge. I clocked the songs, and they were all cut down to three minutes. Officially, you are not supposed to touch the dancers during private dances. This was how it was for one dancer. The second dancer I sampled allowed me to touch her hips and sides without issue. There are cameras in the ceiling, so you are watched by the bouncers both upstairs and downstairs on closed circuit video. Don’t expect any extras at this club or even boob play. All dancers seemed to offer dollar dances downstairs, which are a good way to gauge whether a dancer will be a good choice for private dances upstairs. The dollar dances typically consisted of a ten to fifteen second grind, followed by boobs to the face.

Carlie: White, blonde, large C cups, marijuana leaf tattoo on right ass cheek, sinclair prototype, 8.5.
Chloe: Caucasian, bleach blonde hair, B cups, Playboy bunny tat on left ass cheek, kept a skimpy one-piece on all night so I figured possible baby damage, black boyfriend/handler loiters inside club, 7.5.
Kimmy: Caucasian, brunette, slim, A cups just shy of B’s, 6.
Luna: Mexican, too chubby, big tat on front of left thigh, only B cups up top so not HWP, 2.
Naudia: Caucasian, petite, brown hair, brown eyes, A cups or small B cups, 21 years old, 8.5.
Peaches: Mexican, B cups, right ass cheek is a huge tattoo, had a kid, 5.
Tori: White, blonde, full C cups, both arms tattooed, big tattoo of a face on left thigh, ass is a little too much for me but I'd probably ride her like a bronco six Sincweisers deep, 6.5.
Xena: White, brown hair, brown eyes, too thick for my tastes, A cup breasts don’t correlate with such a huge ass, right ass cheek is a butterfly tattoo, 3.
Smoking is allowed inside. It seemed many of the dancers smoked, and I left smelling menthol Kool. There is no kitchen, but the club does sell bar pizzas for $10. The ATM charges $20 per swipe, which is ridiculous. I ran through my entire wallet and wanted to get more cash. When I saw the exorbitant ATM fee, I just called it a night. There is an outdoor ATM across Main Street at the Neighborhood Fresh grocery store. You are allowed in and out privileges because the bouncer stamps your wrist when you pay the cover charge.
With regards to the coronavirus pandemic, you are required to have a mask to enter, and you are required to wear a mask during private dances. Patrons and dancers wore their masks below their chins most of the time.
While I would prefer the level of contact that was allowed when this place operated as Stimmelator’s Gentlemen’s Club, Nightshift still delivers a good party vibe, cold drinks, and mostly attractive entertainers, so I would return if I was in the area. Be careful coming and going to the club as the town clown likes to post up along Indiana 13 waiting for speeders and drinkers.
