Not good

I decided to give CE another try to see if it had returned to it's glory days. I'm sorry I did.

First the layout is well known. "Couch" dances are out in the open for anyone to see and there is no mileage whatsoever to be had there. VIP have closed doors and that is where all the action happens.

I sat down and had a couple of 2.75 beers and that was as good as it got. Most of the girls were unattractive and several appeared high or strung out. I spoke to two of them that were decent looking, maybe 6-7. One of them was clearly stoned and I moved on. TRhe second seemed promising so we negotiated for some fun in the VIP. We never said specifics and I assumed there would be LE check followed by negotiation. WRONG! Once I paid my 125 she didnt speak to me and just began a standard lap dance that I could have had for 20 outside. After song 2 I started using my hands to see if I could start something and she simply said "that's against the rules". At the end of my time she even had the nerve to ask for a tip, which I did not give.
