In it for the BYO

A few months ago a friend of mine decided he wanted to go to Sho n Tel for his birthday to take advantage g the BYO nature of the place. The $20 cover is otherwise steep for what you get, but when you bring a bunch of beer along with you and don't have to worry about paying for drinks it will kind of evens out. We went around 10PM on a Saturday night and the place was decently full with a good number of girls present and walking the floor as well as on stage. They ran the gamut in physical appearance, most of them were average-ish more than anything to write home about but there were a handful of above average options. They were insistent but not irritatingly aggressive. As for the club itself, I think they spruced it up a bit because it wasn't as dumpy as I was expecting based on reviews I have read in other places--thought the facilities were actually decently respesctable. Standard dances are not particularly private, did not try a VIP room on this visit but perhaps in that your money goes further. They certainly get into some shit on stage between the all nude aspect of thing and the live dildo shows, so it was a different experience than I am accustomed to. Oh and a few weeks after I went one of the girls I spent some time talking to got charged with murder, FWIW...

I have heard talk that it is not BYO anymore which would probably prevent me from going back when there are better options in the area. It was both full bar and BYO when I was there so not sure what has changed. At any rate I hear you can still throw crumpled dollar bills into vaginas so at least there is that.
