I visited Cheetah's and Expose yesterday...

I visited Cheetah's and Expose yesterday while in San Diego. I'll have to say that Cheetah's is somewhat (maybe a lot) better than when I visited last. The pricey VIP room for $100 (five songs) is the difference. I was told that the partitions that are in the room have been added just in the past two weeks. They give more privacy. This is a real dilemma for the value-conscious customer. On the one hand, it is the only way to get a decent, even very good,lap dance with all the trimmings. On the other hand, $100 is a big chunk of cash for most of us PL's to blow on an dud. You can't just call it after one or two dances and cut your losses. You lose the whole wad. So I tried to play it very cautious and chat up the girl to get as much of a preview as I could expect. Sometimes just the rapport you set up with a girl can be a good predictor. Otherwise, it's like plunking down a C-note on the blackjack tables. You score or you bust. Too much risk for me. Besides, you have to spent it all on ONE girl. This is a severe limit to sampling the variety that is in the house. Luckily, I scored on both girls that I picked. One was good; one was VERY good. I was told that almost all the girls up their play in the VIP, but some don't.One positively told me what she wouldn't do. I appreciated the honesty. This was in the afternoon. I returned at night. The situation had changed. The numbers of girls had increased(this was a Wednesday)but there were fewer of the quality that I prefer. Another thing changed for the worse - the length of the songs. Songs were typically about 3 minutes during the day. At night the average length was 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Some girls said there were 2 songs every 5 minutes. But that wasn't exactly true. At that rate $100 for five songs looks a lot more expensive for quality rack time. Girls like the pricing structure, obviously. They are making more $. Some customers must like it most of the time, from what I've experienced in the $100 VIP. But there are still drawbacks. I won't buy 10 to 11 minutes for $100. I will buy 15 minutes for $100 with the right girl, if I have to. But I would like other options. Maybe they can take a lesson from Expose and issue funny-money to be used at the customer's discretion. So for me now in San Diego, it's Cheetah's during the day, and Expose at night. At least, until the situation changes again.
