Will be better when renovations are done

Lipstick is a decent place to spend a few hours. I'm not from the Dallas area, so I am not sure how Listick compares to some of the other clubs on Harry Hines which I didn't get a chance to visit. Lipstick is in close proximity to a few other clubs on Harry Hines, including Chica Bonitas, Pandora and one more that I am forgetting right now.

I got to the club in the early evening, maybe around 5pm or so and there was no sign of a mandatory valet. I entered the club, gave the hostess a $5 and told her to keep the change. The cover here is something small, in the $2-$3 range.

When you walk into the club, you can tell that they are in the middle of a renovation. This didn't matter much to me, as I was here to see the lovely ladies. On the left is the main stage with a series of tables surrounding the stage. On the right is a new bar that they are building and it looks about 50% done. In the back of the room is the current functioning bar with about 10 bar stools in front. The bartender was very nice and quick to serve drinks. Coors Light was $5.
