Saturdays @ Atlantis

Hadn't been back to Atlantis in a while & wanted to check it out. Club's main room is enormous... which can make you feel like you're sitting extremely far from the stage at times. This is offset by the fact that they'll have girls rotate to side stages on the weekends. Because the main room is so large, there's not always a natural flow of traffic with girls circling the room... so if there's a particular girl you have your eye on.... you may have to go seek her out as she may not necessarily walk by where you're sitting. The comfy chairs in the main room invite dancers to sit down and chat for a while. The place starts filling up after midnight. Good mix of girls... some more attractive than others. The club does an hourly review where all the girls line up and offer a discounted 2 dance special (the special is usually 2 for $50 rather than $30/each). It's a good time to decide who you want to do dances with. The dance rooms are semi-private rooms without doors. Crowd will start to slim back down again after about 2am. Overall a good choice for Chicago clubs... although I do wish the Detroit clubs were closer...
