Not my night

Disappointed tonight. Slim pickins. There were two nice dancers, maybe sevens, the rest of the entertainment was unremarkable. I could not get the interesting tall Asian to smile. I think she hated being there. There was nothing to suggest otherwise. The brf (bitchy resting face) her complete time on stage. Some fellow was giving a birthday party (complete with balloons) for himself or someone else. Too weird. Cute AA did some impressive poke stunts and shot me some smiles and quick glances. Said she'd be right back. I waited an hour. It was a strange off night for criket. I know sometimes that the vibes and you leave soon and cut your losses. I'm happy I did. I'll be back. It'll be better next time.
