New Owners

I have high hopes for this club. It has been previously well described. Two stages, each only elevated slightly above floor level, a elevated mezzanine area at the front of the club, for table service and an elevated bar are at the rear with a few high-top tables, a U-shaped bar and two large screen TVs.

The evening that I was there there were a nice variety of dancers, ethnically diverse, some younger some older, and a variety of body-types. Clearly management is not hiring with a particular preference in mind. I was impressed with the overall friendliness of all that I spoke to. A number of the dancers commented that the club had just changed ownership, and were looking forward to what was coming. What was most obvious was the high-backed love-seats in the LD area had been rearranged to provide much improved privacy compared to the old setup. Actually there is now better privacy in the LD area than in the VIP. It will be interesting to see if this is an indicator of things to come.

Overall, I had a great visit to Ricks and am looking forwar to what they do next.
