Laid back but no action

Went in on a weekday. It was a nice laid back atmosphere. There were 2 girls dancing. Had no interest in one but the other was hot. Waited for while for her to approach but she just sat in the corner looking at her phone.

Unfortunately she seemed to have no interest in giving a dance. I finally went up to her for a dance. She agreed but just gave a half-hearted then finished without even asking for another.

Boo. Girl was hot. But like I said no customer service and action.
