Decent Nigh Out For A Weekday

Went in to the IS on last Tuesday night, very late (after midnight.) Was my first time there in a few months. Cover charge was cheap ($6) but the club was fairly dead, with hardly any dancers or patrons. I would estimate that there were 5 girls in total, although I will say that pretty much all of them were very attractive. We were the only group of people in the club, so we got a good amount of attention.

Overall, I have to say this club has gone downhill since starting to serve alcohol. You spend more $$ and get less. Even the dancers complain that business and slower and they're just not having as good a time as they used to before the days of serving alcohol. Dances are still full contact and are very good, but they are no longer fully nude (they are topless.) The price for dances has also gone up even though you are getting less for your money. They also impost a 1 drink minimum, and they charge downtown Chicago prices for their drinks.

I used to enjoy IS because it was a place you could go to and have a very good time for very little money. That's no longer the case. You can still have fun, but you will spend a lot more $$, and you will not have as much fun. That's not to say that you should stay away. There's still a good amount of hot looking ladies, the dances are still good, and it's still a convenient location.
