Typical

Hanks was dead this past weekend. $5 cover. Free parking. There were only 3 customers and about 6 girls working. The bartender was the only one I would consider attractive. There were hot dogs and chips out for customers. I sat and watched football for an hour but the smoke was unbearable as most were smoking. They had a $10 special on double drinks going so I took advantage of that. The waitress was friendly and we chatted for a while. She told me that you never know when it will be busy or not and the place never changes much. I was told several years ago that they were working on a "downstairs" dance room. I forgot to ask about it. Does anyone know if that ever was finished?
