Handily Lived Up to the Hype

Wow. That's the word I have to start with to begin this review. I made a trip down from my home in San Francisco to specifically visit Hong Kong (and neighboring clubs) and I have to say I was well worth it.. even after a brutal 9 hour drive.

I stayed for 2 nights, but I will only describe the first night.

I drive from my hotel in San Ysidro to the border parking lot. There are two parking lots, the first one that appears is 8 dollars for up to 8 hours on weekdays and 13 dollars on weekends (including Fridays). There is a second parking lot behind the Jack in the Box that is always 7 dollars for 8 hours. Park there. The walk from the parking lot is pretty easy. Once you get through customs (and boy is it unbelievably easy to cross into Mexico from the United States), the path takes you into a group of taxis. Approach any of these taxis and ask them to take you to Hong Kong. I found that the taxi ride TO Hong Kong from the border is 10$, but the ride back to the border from HK is 5$. It's a pretty easy process getting to the club.
