Various
I have been to the body shop several times throughout the years so I figured I should write a review describing the INs and OUTs of this club and a sort of compilation of my very different respective visits as well as some tips if you're going to try it out.
First of all, I think that anyone going to stripclubs should hit up at least ONE of the clubs mentioned by Montley Crue in Girls! Girls! Girls! just for the nostalgic purposes if not anything else (see my review of seventh veil as well for this) and this club is one of them.
First, when you arrive, there is Street parking in the neighborhood around the club, but it is very hard finding a spot so you're better off paying to park in the lot behind the club or across the street on the south side of the club. If you hit up the parking attendents in these lots for a free entry pass, they will just give you one instead of having to print it off the site ( I think the card they give you works easier too). That way you have safe parking and free entry covered.
This is a LATE night club mainly because it's in Hollywood and the area is centered around late nightlife plus this club is mainly visited by dudes that come in drunk and horny after the comedy show or the night club.
Day shift is dead here, even evening before 11pm or so is pretty dead. So if you want to see this place at its full potential, come after 10pm at least. If you come for a day/evening visit, prepare to be hit hard by the drink/dance hustle as soon as you enter. You can just say no no no and it will die off after you sit for a while, but it's still a bit annoying. I personally hate the escorting to my seat and getting hit up for VIP before I even take a sip of a redbull but that's me.
