If you want the hottest girls in Baltimore, Scores is the place to be. Out of 6 or 7 girls, not a single one was under a 7. It is not the cheapest place either, but go during lunch hours. Lunch hours has buy 1 get 1 free drink special (Beers are $7, dunno about mixed drinks) and $5 dollar lunches. In addition during lunch, their VIP room is also just $200/30 minutes, which is relatively cheap.

I ended up not getting the VIP room, but I went for 3 lap dances with this Brazilian woman. It was pretty good, plenty of grindage, and some touching, although it's $30/Non-Nude dance. I will go back there during their lunch specials and check out hot girls.
