For fishermen who don't mind plastic lawn furniture

I went on a whirwind tour of the PC strip clubs (such as they are) a while years ago and this place sticks out in my memory. Maybe things have changed since then, but this place was notable for its ample parking and chilly beer. There was 1 dancer, not on stage, drinking. She wasn't a hard sell hustle and was fairly attractive, which was nice. After visiting the other places around town on the same night, it was kind of amazing how dead the place was.

Pervs row was literally a bunch of white plastic lawn chairs. The exterior is dive-y, so you know what you're getting into. Honestly, it was clean enough and friendly. The music was fine, neither too loud nor too grating. The best way to think of this is as a local watering hole where you may occasionally give a fairly attractive woman a few dollars as thanks for letting you see her breasts.

Right next to the marina. Figure it's a fun place to kick back after fishing, get drunk with no cover, and maybe see a boob or two. If you want Strip Club experience, you'd be better served looking elsewhere.
