Annual Review

It had been a year since I last checked out the No 5 ... well not alot has changed, still the best place ... almost the only place to have some fun in Vancouver. While the club itself hasn't really changed the girls seem to be more hands on and friendlier which is always a good thing. LD is still $50 a song upstairs in a private curtained off area with in a large room. Do take note that this place is full of cameras, they do a good job of keeping them out of site - keeping it dark helps, but be aware in case you are camera shy. This night I did take a couple of the girls for a LD, can't recall their names but both provided good interaction, not shy and encouraged having a good time. There are no extras that I am aware of - and as mentioned, there is a guy watching via camera. No idea if he is paying attention or not, no one comes around for a look ... but you never know. As for other security before 6pm on any day you can just walk into the club, no cover charge or anything - come in and help yourself. As of 6pm any day, you then have a $5 cover charge, they scan your drivers license and you get a welcome pat down as you enter. After that you don't really see any bouncers or scary guys. The police is known to show up at some point through the night - randomly, not every night. When I've seen them come through they are pretty quick and don't seem to disrupt much of anything going on. The girls for the stage shows are typically great, some will also provide LD's upstairs. The girls on the floor range from 5-9's, most are 7-8 and typically quite friendly and easy to talk to. While the No 5 won't win any awards for interior decorating - this time of year for sports it's a great place to watch a game, drink and talk to some pretty girls - great combination in my opinion.
