Couldn't set foot in the place.
I couldn't set foot in the place after a meeting in center city Wednesday night. I felt something wasn't right when I was able to get the parking spot closest to the front door and there were lots more available.
Walked in the front door and was greeted by the thug whose job it is to make people feel unwelcome. His greeting was "$10 to get in." No hello, or how are you? Nice to see you, welcome. Just smug and not good in the way of customer service. I responded, "Just to get in?" To which he just shook his head up and down. I glanced over to the lovely cashier who was perched on her stool, and she gave such a look of disdain, I had to leave. It wasn't a special event night or a busy night, but they lost a customer who drove down the street to Cheerleaders, where he was greeted with friendliness and only charged $5 to enter, and they were busy. That's a story for another review. Too bad about Risque. They need to make people want to come in, not make them feel unwelcome. Oh, and by the way, I am not a thug, I was dressed business casual, and spent lots of money elsewhere.
