Hit or miss.

La Chambre is a decent little club right outside of the brightmoor in Detroit. The club is pretty small so it tends to get crowded quickly, so if you get a seat hold on to it. The best spot in the club to sit is the lounging area next to where the girls enter & exit the stage because it gives you the oppertunity to get 1st picking of the ladies which, depending on the night, can range from 6's-9's to 3's-6's. Drinks are pretty much on par with other club prices though I've seen better. As long as you get a drink they don't really bother you much & the waitress is never more than 2 seconds away even when they are busy.

Their are a mix race of dancers of white, black, and mexican who tend to dance to the music of the culture so one min they are playing 2 chains the next it pure spanish tunes. Mileage may vary at no extra charge if u have a gift of gab but money can take u a long ways depending on the dancer. You won't see the quality of dancers of a pantheon but its more of a laid back atomospher. No curtains so keep that in mind as well.

All in all the club is fun for a quick outing and depending on the night and the company you have it can be a quick escape for an hour or two. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here nor would I suggest going alone because its more of a bar & grill than a true Gentlemans club but still a fun stop if you are in the area.
