Wednesday Night

This is a long one, not quite Papi Chulo long, but its up there. This is a visit review, but more of a discussion as to what makes this an exceptional club in my opinion.

I've outlined this club before, so won't go into all the finite details here as I've done before, but I'd like to write more about why this is in fact my favorite club. I've only been here at night, so my comments only reflect that time (no dayshift visits). So far I've been here on Sunday, Tuesday & now Wednesday nights, pretty much the entire row of what are considered to be the off nights. While I shudder to think of what this place is like on a Friday, Saturday, the key word here and what makes this place a great club is CONSISTENCY. Consistency in the number of dancers, consistency in the quality of dancers, and consistency in the vibe of the club. On the slow nights there are 20+ girls, nothing below a 6.5, most in the 7-8 range, with a couple of stunners. There is a game folks should play to see how long it takes from when you walk in the club, for you to have a lady in your lap. There are always 3 girls on stage, a 4th on a VIP stage to the side, and a parade of ass circling the club (sharks circling), and possibly something on your lap. This means, that there is always something worth watching. The table dances, while not as good as they used to be are (depending on the girl) still pretty high mileage for a table side. Mostly air now, and you won't have a handful of boobs any more, but not bad and not totally no contact. And if you are an extras guy (which I am not), this is the spot. Frankly, when I go to other clubs, even if I'm having an OK time, my thought is, I'd probably be having a better time at Diamond Dolls. But nothing is perfect, there are some small drawbacks of the club: Even though it is a small club, because it is so dark in some areas, and there are usually so many people standing up making their way through the club, you can lose a dancer. Not a biggie, as most do circle around. But if you decided now its dance time, the girl you're looking for may not be as easy to find for such close quarters. Also it is a heavily Latina club, not that is a bad thing, but that means only a few AAs and white dancers. The AA quality seems pretty good, but I think the better white girls stay away from here for other clubs. Also the white & AA dancers seem to get "lost" a bit more it seems in the club. Also, while there isn't a "type" per se, you won't find any bulk of thicker ladies here. Also while I like the aggressiveness of the girls, you may have one you don't want on your lap, at the moment when the one you want then passes by. Also it isn't a club to see great dancing or stage shows. The stage itself is small, with a low ceiling. With 2, sometimes 3 girls on there at one time, you won't/can't see any pole tricks, and the dancing is just OK. Also the lap dance booths are small, really only a seat, which restricts the movement of some of the more active dancers.

But if I have to scrape those points to find the only negatives, then come on man, this is a great club. So let's get into this visit. I arrived about 10:10 on Wednesday. I'd planned on maybe starting the night at Cheetah Pompano, and drove by. The lot had a good number of cars, but then I thought hey if Cheetah is packed then DDs is probably packed too, so I need to get there. So DDs it was. Parked on the side, and the guy tried to pull the 5 dollar business on me again, told him I parked on the side and paid my two (so that the door guy pulls that stuff is a drawback I presume). Paid the 5.00 cover, turned the corner into the club, and about four steps in, got a "hey papi" from a stunner named Gypsy, and saw once again that DDs lived up to its reputation. I came in with the interest in getting lappers from 4 girls I've seen on previous occasions, and again speaking to the consistency of the club, 3 of the 4 were there. However, this unintentionally became Afro-Cuban night for me (more on that later). As I circled the club, I began to see some familiar faces and familiar asses. But then in position two on the stage, WOAH that's an ass. Just an absolute built monster (with some additions), who definitely became a must have for the night. So I sat down and the girls started coming around. One I noted, was one of the most beautiful dancers in the face that I've ever seen, great bolt ons, but a little thin in the ass which left her at a 9.5, rather than a full 10, but stunningly beautiful. She was the first of the Afro-Cuban theme for the night. Background: In recent years, there has been a considerable rise of Black Cuban immigration from the island, literally beginning to change the color of what has been a primarily White Cuban population in South Florida. The point here, is this population shift is now being reflected in the Cuban dancer population, which does add some new flavor. Now, in terms of being Black Cubans, the three ladies I got dances from on this night would be considered light skinned in a black club, and probably wouldn't even be considered Black in the Cuban context (think Cortadito as opposed to a Colada). But in how they are/act/dance/talk in function, they are no different than the other Cuban dancers (and not at all like the AAs at a black club), just a little more brown. So anyhew, I take a little time surveying the club and picking out who I want for some dances. After not seeing the Monster for a while, I settled on a really cute number with small naturals, a solid ass, beautiful smile with killer cute dimples, but the kicker was the solid thick legs. Got a table dance first which was ok, nothing spectacular but enough to get me back in the room. Dance back there was OK, a little too much air, but passable.
