I want to like it, but...

There's a lot to enjoy about this place. It has some character, the girls are generally friendly (if widely ranging in looks), the drinks aren't insanely overpriced...

Here's the thing: Both times I've gone in the past year or so, I've found the DJ so annoying that it puts me off the rest of the experience. Maybe I'm alone on this. but I'm really not there to see some dude wandering the floor with a mic, making jokes in the middle of the stage show, egging on and insulting customers, and making pretty offensive jokes (e.g., when a girl dances to a Chris Brown song, about how she needs to dance well or he'll beat her up).

For all I know the DJ is a great dude beloved by all the staff, but personally I'm disinclined to go back assuming he's still there. I want to watch the girls and maybe get a dance, not settle in for amateur comedy night.
