Phoenix is normally a low-mileage kind of town. Hi-Liter provides good mileage in a very classy and friendly environment. No cover charge during the day and 2 for 1 drinks on (I think) Wed, Thu & Sun. Good but inexpensive meal specials ---- I had steak & lobster tail (good sized) for $6.99. I found quite a few attractive, mature, natural ladies who would actually sit with you for a song or two before giving a very high "grindage' & sometimes interacive lap dance.

Went on three separate afternoons and the experience was outstanding each time.
