Afternoon Visit

I had some time to kill before heading to the airport so I decided to check out Baby Dolls daytime crew and I was not disappointed. The club opens at 11:00 and I arrived at 1:00. There was a $3.00 cover and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of dancers and patrons already in the club. They were already using all seven of their stages and there were numerous attractive dancers throughout the club. As far as dancer racial diversity goes in my experience it is mostly white, then Hispanic, Asian, and then African American.

I will go through some of the club basics. The club is basically a large rectangle with a second floor balcony and more TVs than the average sports bar. In the center of the first floor was a large bar with another bar on the second floor. The first floor has a large stage on one end of the room with six small satellite stages circling the room. There are pool tables on the left of the main stage and the bathrooms on the right (with a bathroom attendant). Opposite the stage is a large set of stairs up to the second floor. This second floor balcony has a series of VIP rooms around the outside and the table and chairs up there seem to be reserved for regular lap dances ($20 each). Dancers would rotate between the stages every two songs and all dances are topless only.

I went to the bar and ordered a beer for $5.75 and decided to pass on the free lunch buffet (which ended around 2:00). This was my third visit to Baby Dolls during the day shift and while this is a small sample set I noticed two major differences on this visit. First, the level of hustle was much higher, comparable to the night crew. I liked the more laid back vibe that I have experienced during the day before. Second the level of contact was way up. There has always been generous two contact during private dances but this was at another level.

Regulars to the club will probably laugh at me pointing this out but I just found out that there is a bathroom to the right of the upstairs bar that does not have an attendant. I just find that whole thing very awkward.

This afternoon visit might not have been as laid back as previous visits but I still would recommend it to anyone looking for a great way to spend an afternoon.
