A big improvement since the interior remodel.
This was my first visit to Rock-Za since late March and what a difference six months make. The bathroom renovations are a vast improvement over the previous setup and the club seating has also seen upgrades since my last visit. The owners have also invested money in upgrading the overhead lighting system which makes it easier to see the dancers when they are on the large main stage. The VIP section has also been modified to enhance privacy for the private dances as well. Drink prices seem to have remained the same with domestic bottled beer at $5 and imports at $6. Parking is still an issue given the limited street parking available around the club so valet might be the better option long term. As far as the talent is concerned the quality of the entertainment staff has improved significantly. Management has apparently decided to move away from the over 35 club and bring in girls who are for the most part 10 plus years younger than the dancers they replaced. This is a welcome change given how stagnant this club had become in recent years as it related to dancer turnover. Until recently Club Femme Nu had been the best club on island in terms of stage talent but that is no longer the case. I stayed in the club for about two hours and with the exception of the house music played by the DJ (too much rap) I was impressed with the new setup. The management has invested a fairly large amount of $$$ to improve the club and bringing in a new stable of girls also helped out alot. I plan on becoming a regular patron again))
