Must visit!

I rediscovered strip clubs about half a year ago. Before, I wasn't interested because I thought that these places were all dark and dirty. I must have visited the wrong ones when I was younger... Anyway, one evening I drove by a strip club not so far from my office - I had no idea it was there. I stopped the car, paused for a minute and finally decided to go in. It was a good experience. From then on I went to different clubs at least twice a month and I have a pretty good idea now what's available (including "extras") in the greater Anaheim, CA area.

Researching clubs I came across HK - actually saw an ad on this website. Reading so many great reviews, I started planning my trip and educating myself how to cross the border. I went to the HK website and made a reservation for Hotel Cascadas - no credit card required. At the end, instead of receiving a confirmation, it said that I would receive a reply soon. I had my doubts... About 15 minutes later there was an email saying that there was no room anymore in Cascadas, but they had made a reservation across the street at Hotel Rizo. Ok, but since I had some questions about the room and border pickup I gave them a call at their American number 1-877-49STRIP. The operator spoke great English and since they were a little busy they asked me if they could call back. They sure did and I had my questions answered.

Last Friday I left work at noon, drove to San Diego and parked the car at the San Ysidro border. Because of all the construction work, gated parking rates are $30/day during the weekend! There is a large shopping mall, so I had a bite to eat before walking over to the bridge. In no time I arrived on the Mexican side. Even though HK offers free pickup at the border, I think it's hard to coordinate not knowing when exactly one will arrive. I took a cab and 10 minutes later was dropped off at HK. I wanted to get a VIP card first but they didn't have any cards left. Bad start? From there I checked into Hotel Rizo for two nights ($65 + 60) and took a shower. The room was very clean.
