The Big Chill
Horse Play was my second club on this night so I was hoping for some pallet cleansing when I walked in and definitely got it. $10 cover charge and not very many people inside. The club was huge though with a big round stage in the middle and two short bars on either side of you when you walk in. Plenty of space to sit on the floor between it all, I imagine, even if they were busy. It was clean and a bit better lit then some clubs I'd say. I really just like to be able to at least see the girls when I'm in a club and they're circling me. There were some satellite stages but they weren't in use when we got there and around the club on the top floor there was extra seating, I'm assuming for VIP experiences.
I don't remember exactly how much the beers cost but they were reasonable (4 or 5) and the bartender was cute. She was also the only white girl I saw there which was surprising since everything I'd read about the club said the spread would be more mixed. I'm chalking it up to the shift, it was very late on Saturday, we almost shut the club down. The atmosphere was nice. The people in the club were relaxed. I even saw a couple or two and some diversity amongst them. Girls weren't overly pushy when it came to offering dances but they were there for you if you needed one. Dances were $10 per song with the dancer butt naked right there on the floor in front of God and everybody. Contact was one way but after a few songs she didn't mind my hands creeping up to grab hold of her backside. My brother did ask a dancer about a private room and she told him it'd be $140 so we skipped that.
The stage dancers varied in talent. One girl attracted me to the stage and I talked to her for a bit. I don't remember her name but she was pretty and cool, and of course hella sexy. I ran out of cash before I got a dance from her so maybe if I ever find myself in the ATL area I'll stop by again.
