Private eyes has been a downtown institution for almost as long as the stock exchange. It's the only club downtown and doesn't make much of an effort other than coast along with its monopoly status

But if you are downtown and in the mood for titties, it's not bad. Free admission during the day, then it's $10 or $20.

It's an odd set up with a large bar upfront that no one uses and a smaller room in the back for the dancers. Some sort of vestige of the Giuliani years.
