Waste of time

I was in the Belden Village area and decided to hit a couple of clubs. I hadn't been in Christie's for some time so it seemed like a visit was overdue. What a mistake. I stopped in around six and saw six dancers, five around the bar and one on stage. They were all pretty young and overall the quality was good. I grabbed a drink at the bar and, based on my previous visits, believed I'd eventually have some company. Not one dancer stopped over. Instead the entire dance squad stayed the entire time with a regular at the bar who was yelling over the music. I ended up spending most of my time tipping girls on stage. That ended when I returned to the bar and found one of my drinks, which as still a quarter full, had been tossed out by the bartender. What the fuck? This was soon after work so I was dressed up and dropping money on drinks and at the stage. I wasn't treated politely at all. It fact, I felt more unwelcome than I ever have at at a bar.

I didn't want to end the day on a down note so I headed over to Diamond's (next review).
