Bar with girls

Hawthorne strip is your typical "bar that has girls dancing" type of place, as opposed to your classic strip club. There is a pool table, the girls may shoot a game with ya. The stage is in the back corner, and pretty small compared to the rest of the bar. No dj, the girls do their own music. Rail action is ok, they generally aren't up in your business like at other places, but friendly, will chat and give ya some arm action. Very little-no hustling of private dances, at least to me and my wife (I always go with her), so I've never gotten one (or even been hit up for one), can't say how they are.

On that note, the place is couple/woman friendly.

The décor is somewhat sports bar, not divey, pretty clean, but not particularly interesting or unique.

Dancers do vary, but generally are cute enough and nice enough to make it enjoyable. I've never seen one there that made me gasp in awe. Think girls you see on the street and don't think too much either way about them, good or bad.

Overall, this is a place you may stop in for a drink and pool, with some added eye candy, as opposed to a bachelor party or wild night out type of place. Sometimes that suits my mood; sometimes, I want a bit more.
