worthwhile visit

I was in Charlotte and decided to revisit this club in spite of mixed reviews. I entered the club around 7 PM and there was no cover, perhaps because the club was dead. I went to the bar to get a beer, but there was no bartender, a dancer at the bar told me the bartender would return shortly. I said okay I will come back later, which I never did. As soon as I took a seat the dancer came by and asked if she could sit in my lap, of course I said sure. She sat in my lap and made conversation for at least five or six songs without ever asking for a dance. Finally I suggested a dance to which she readily complied and after a few nice dances I thanked her and she asked would I mind if she stayed in my lap. This continued until about 8:30 when I was ready to leave. Cassandra made it an enjoyable visit and her dances were fine by Charlotte standards. Not one dancer was on stage for my entire visit and there were only two or three customers and three dancers while I was there. I guess Tuesday nights are slow, but I would return to see Cassandra.
