Meh

Depending on what you're looking for this place can be terrible, or awesome. If you're looking for a great titty bar, with hot girls and "friendly" dances, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a spot to relax, have a couple beers, get some good food, and look at some semi-naked women, this is the spot for you. I stopped by one day mid-afternoon because my friend's flight to Reagan was delayed. I gotta say, it is a pretty cool place. As others have noted the food is actually really good (even for a regular restaurant). Reasonable drink prices, too. The girls this day were.... meh. Maybe because it was early in the day, but they looked a little rough (though friendly). We all know about the ridiculous VA state laws, so don't go in expecting too much, and I would definitely avoid lap dances. But again, if you want to ogle half naked women while drinking beer, you could do worse than Crystal City.
