Small, dark, time to waste

I was passing through Quebec on my usually business trips and somehow found this place, wasn't looking , didn't even know about it honestly but when I have some time to kill, seemed like a good idea to get a drink and washroom break. It's small inside and dark. You won't find much in here but I imagine it's the watering hole for the locals around the area. Everyone kept to themselves. Waitress was prompt in getting my drink and I gave her a nice tip. No one came up to talk to me, didn't see any girls actually. Maybe they were all in the back. Finally one older lady came out, nice set on her, I made eye contact and she came over to say hello. Damn , her accent was so heavy, so communication was not so great. I took her for 2 songs and left. Not great , not bad.
