Landing Strip
It was $7 for the mandatory valet parking. After going through the front door, there is a small lobby, and then you have to go up a flight of stairs to the main club area. The lap dance area is downstairs—a somewhat unusual set up. There is a small counter at the top of the stairs where a cute girl took my $10 cover charge.
The club is small but looks pretty nice. It’s not real fancy, but it looks clean and well kept. I would call it a higher end blue-collar type of place. There was a pretty good crowd when I walked in at about 8:00 p.m. A beer at the bar was a ridiculous $7.25. The main club area is dominated by an airplane shaped stage on which two girls at a time were dancing. There was a total of about a dozen girls. I was not particularly impressed with the quality. Most were average looking or below, but there were a few lookers. Most of the girls where white, but there were a few AAs as well. It looked like a majority of the girls were hanging out with regulars and not circulating.
I turned down a couple of dance offers while I sat at the bar sipping my beer. Eventually one of the better looking girls stopped by and chatted for a while. I turned out she was Russian. I haven’t heard great things about Russian dancers, but I decided to take a $25 dance test drive with her.
