Always fun

Electric Blue is always a fun stop on the trip between New York City and Boston. It's on the same exit off I-84 as Uconn but a bit away from it all half hour outside Hartford. The club recently remodeled which made the bathrooms nicer, but the rest is neither better or worse. Cover is 5-10 or free if it's empty and early. They have decent drink prices and keep a pretty good rotating tap. The bar tenders can take a while if it's busy but they do treat the customers well. Simple stage. Separate lap dance room and vip rooms. $20 dances pretty standard but well worth every penny. The girls make most of their money on dances and almost none on stage. They also don't push for tips on stage and there is no tip line like Philly clubs.

As for the ladies, they have s pretty good mix and good range of age and looks. You can generally find what you prefer. The dances are out of this world. Best dances at any club I've been to. Of course there is variance and each girl has their own skill level with the dances. Most of the girls are very enthusiastic. They are friendly and will leave you alone if you say you're ok for now or will sit and chat if that's what you're looking for. They are not pushy one way or the other. Quality and variety has gone down but that means pretty much nothing as you can still have a great time.
