Fannie's

Fannies is a typical dive bar located in a sketchy part of west Atlanta. It’s in a cluster of strip clubs just off I-20 (Rileys, Club Wax, Babes) on Fulton Industrial Boulevard. The whole area is sleazy. I feel safe going here in the day, but I wouldn’t set foot in the area after dark.

There is no cover during the day. Since I wouldn’t come here after dark, I have no idea what the nighttime cover would be. Going inside, the front part of the club is narrow, almost like a big hallway, with the bar to the left and the main stage to the right of the bar, restrooms to the right of that. Past this area, there is a bigger space in the back with tables and chairs and a second stage against the back wall. This stage was not in use while I was there. The walls in back to either side of the rear stage are lined with small couches used for lap dances. Everything looks worn and ratty.

Dancer quality here is across the spectrum. There were only about a half dozen girls there for my late afternoon visit. There was a squat, 40ish Latina with large drooping tits dancing on the front stage when I walked in. Yech—but there were guys tipping her. I sat at an open space at the bar and ordered a $7 gin and tonic. Next to me was a very cute, girl next door type, in a bikini. She was not exactly a spinner, but she was young with a nice, curvy body, perky breasts, and a cute face. I would rate her an 8 at least, body alone a 9. There was an older, pretty good looking, MILF type hanging with some guys at the bar, and some other dogs roaming around. Overall range 2 to 8+. The bottom of the range is not lower because I didn’t see anyone with missing limbs.
