Nice club, but probably not the best value in town.

This was my second visit to Spyce, and my time getting a private dance there. All of the girls I talked to were very friendly and easy to get along with. I was surprised to find out that their standard lap-dance ($30) was expressly "no-touching". This is very different from my experience in other Portland clubs. I asked one dancer if the no-touching policy was on her part or mine, assuming that she could touch me if she decided too, and she said there was no contact either way. I'm not expecting much, but for a $30 dance I assume there would be some contact. I ended up getting a dance with another dancer who seemed more motivated, and there was some contact on her part. She had an aggressive-in-a-good-way attitude, and it was a good dance, but she was also very clear about my hands needing to stay out of her way. It is certainly worth exploring their more private options, but from my experience, it seems on the low-side mileage-wise.
