Still Same ol' Follies

Went back to Follies this past Tuesday after a three month long hiatus. I was there from 5:00 that afternoon until 8:30. The club has been described countless times so I’ll spare the layout and drink details.

I always come here on weekends and this is my first time checking out the club on a weekday. The only major difference during the day is that there is no cover charge whereas on weekends it is $5 to enter. During this particular visit the crowds were a lot lighter. There were actually seats available on the floor and at the bar. The coveted high chairs were still fully occupied however. It was still a good crowd though. Plenty of customers. I haven’t noticed any weed smell like I used to. The drug dealers and pot smokers have been isolated to the right side of the club apparently to cut down on the smell. The few times I did roam over there it was a noticeable marijuana odor.

There wasn’t as many dancers on this visit in comparison to my weekend visits but still there were a good selection. I stood at the entrance for approximately 30 minutes upon my arrival just scoping out the scene. Most of the dancers were white, followed by black. I did not see as many Latina like I usually do but there were a few of them. The first dancer that approached me was a white, tattooed dancer that threw out her VIP offers right off the bat. She let me know that everything was available back there. I declined because she wasn’t my type and I don’t like doing VIP right off the bat with dancers that I don’t know. I like to get a few table dances first to get myself in the mood.
