More neighborhood bar than gentleman's club

In town for a conference and stopped by to check out this club. I did a quick pop-in late afternoon to see how the club was. There was only 1 girl there, and she was having her time monopolized by a guy who was a real jackass. I was hoping to get a dance from her, but it appeared as though she couldn't break away.

I went to a meeting and came back later in the evening. There were a few more girls there, but getting them to either come out of the dressing room or talk to anyone other than each other was a challenge. I sat sipping a drink for a while before I finally got my first introduction. Within a few minutes she got a call, excused herself and was gone. There were no dancers on stage at all, they were all huddled at the end of the bar with a few of us guys clearly interested in at least a conversation. A little while longer and a decent size group (5-6) came in, one girl went into the next room and got on stage for a few min. Before long she got a call that she took - ON STAGE! I really couldn't believe what I was watching. It was at that point that things really deteriorated. Within a few more minutes the DJ was up swinging himself around the pole, obviously drunk.

After more than an hour of watching I was done. I had a choice to make, do I approach one of the ladies or do I leave? There was a dancer (I believe her name was Astasia or something like that), a latin gal with a large chest. I went up and asked her if she'd like to do a dance. She was surprised, we went in the back and did a dance that was a good dance. Plenty of contact and a great rack. Afterwards we talked for a few minutes, and then did another dance.
